ARKA® Core Fleece Filter "CFF-1"The ARKA® Core Fleece Filter "CFF-1" is a specially designed automatic fine filter for all marine and freshwater aquariums. With its integrated fine fleece roll, the ARKA® Core Fleece Filter "CFF-1"filters organic contaminants from the water and removes them sustainably from the aquarium before they can decompose.The contaminated water is filtered through the fleece and then flows back into the aquarium. When the fleece becomes clogged with the contaminants, the water flow rate decreases and the water level in the ARKA® Core Fleece Filter "CFF-1" increases. As soon as a certain water level is reached, the float switch triggers the motor and winds the fleece roll a little further until the water level has dropped again.The ARKA® Core Fleece Filter "CFF-1" contains an approx. 25 meter long filter roll, which lasts for about 1-2 months depending on the water quality and bioload. The Deltec Fleece Filter cleans the aquarium water via the fleece and filters turbidity and dirt out of the water. When the fleece is loaded with dirt and saturated, the water in the Deltec Fleece Filter rises and the float switch starts the gear motor, which continues to rotate the fleece roll. As soon as the roll is used up, the gear motor lifts the deflection roll out of the magnetic holder. This allows the water to drain off and the motor stops. Now the roll can simply be replaced and water filtration can continue.
