payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is only domestic (Germany).

Shipping costs (including VAT)

We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €8.50 per order.

From an order value of € 200.00 we deliver free of charge.

The shipping of bulky goods (forwarding shipping) is free of charge throughout Germany.

If you order freight forwarding goods (bulky goods) and goods that can be sent by parcel post at the same time, there are no shipping costs throughout Germany.

Bulky goods are marked as such in the article description.

Deliveries abroad: Italy, Austria, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Finland, Denmark

Italy : We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €21.90 per order.

Austria: We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €16.90 per order.

France: We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €21.90 per order.

Belgium : We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €16.90 per order

Netherlands: We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €16.90 per order

Finland: We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €23.90 per order

Denmark: We calculate the shipping costs at a flat rate of €16.90 per order.

When shipping bulky goods (forwarding shipping), we charge as follows:

The shipping of bulky goods (forwarding shipping) is free of charge for Italy, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Finland and France.

If you order freight forwarding goods (bulky goods) and goods that can be sent by parcel post at the same time, there are no shipping costs.

delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 2 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 10 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
